Create a Reunion Event
The BDAA encourage and support reunions so please find the following information to help you organise an event. Once you have organised an event, please submit it using the form on the right and once reviewed, we will publish it and add it to our newsletter.
Inviting Alumni
We (BDAA) can give reunion organisers the names of all those who graduated in their year. We would be happy to reimburse stationery and postage expenses if email contact is not possible.
Venue & Accommodation
Most reunions have been centred on hotels with whom a combined fee has been negotiated for dinner and accommodation. Information about hotels that have been used in recent years may be obtained from Reg Andlaw. Get in touch with him through the website Contact Forms. Common Room & Bar
For those arriving on a Friday evening the Hathorn Bar in the students’ common room has been a popular meeting place. Unfortunately it has had to be closed and will not re-open until further notice.
Dental Hospital Tour
It may be possible to arrange for a tour of the Dental Hospital on the Saturday morning of your reunion. Chris Stephens, Ken Marshall and Gordon Gray have been happy to organise these in the past and members have always found them very interesting. Most are very surprised at the changes since their graduation! Just indicate if you are interested on the contact form.
